Material: Built from Industrial Grade 1/2 Inch Marine Board PVC formulated with UV inhibitors for long-term outdoor use. The material resists yellowing, cracking in cold climates, warping, peeling, flaking, rusting and rotting so it will look great for years. Sizes: Standard size is 16" x 21". Also available in Small (7" x 9") and Medium (12" x 16"). Custom sizes are available — measure the post beneath your mailbox for the width and we will make the size you need. Installation: We make installation simple by pre-drilling and countersinking the mounting holes and including the necessary hardware. Be sure to hold the cross and down straight of the bracket when installing. Customization: Want a one-off design? We create original designs from scratch — just tell us what you want. Finish: Each piece is hand-finished in our Port St Lucie, Florida workshop. If you choose to paint, we suggest picking a spray color first and matching a brush for detailed areas. Brush or sponge the edges and small cutouts, wipe away excess paint, allow to dry, then finish with spray on the front and back. If you prefer the classic white look, no additional treatment is required since the PVC is naturally weather resistant.
