The polymer basket is designed to resist prolonged exposure to sun, salt and moisture, while rubber surrounds offer greater reliability and improved edge protection compared with foam. Infinity subjects these speakers to extreme endurance testing — freezing, baking, vibration, ultraviolet exposure and continuous full-power run times for days — to ensure long-term performance.
