Unbranded JE-KA-ICM Ice sku-16860465011 526542253785

Unbranded JE-KA-ICM ice cream maker attachment, listed in Kitchen Appliances under SKU sku-16860465011 and UPC 526542253785. The 2-quart attachment is intended for select KitchenAid 4.5/5-quart tilt-head and 6-quart bowl-lift stand mixers; the listing also names 7-quart models.

It is not suitable for 3.5QT mixers or the following 5, 5.5 and 6-quart bowl-lift models: 5KPM5, 5K5, 4KSM5, K5SS, KSM5, KSM50, KSM500, 3KSM5, 9KSM5 and KSM450. Check your mixer model before ordering. Port A of the drive unit fits 4.5QT/5QT tilt-head mixers; port B fits 6QT or larger bowl-lift mixers.

Freeze the bowl at 0°F for 16-24 hours, attach the drive assembly, start the mixer and add the mixture. Ice cream can form in 30 minutes; keep stirring until it does, since stopping can freeze it to the bowl wall and prevent the drive assembly from turning.

The attachment can make ice cream, juice ice cream, yogurt ice cream, frozen yogurt and gelato, with ingredients such as fruit, nuts, vanilla or chocolate chips. The mixer and drive assembly can go on the dishwasher's top rack. Hand-wash the freezer bowl in mild or cool water and dry it thoroughly before freezing or storing it; the bowl is not dishwasher-safe.
