Unbranded ICA-01 Ice Cream sku-18288712742 769284937074

This Unbranded ICA-01 ice cream maker attachment is listed under Kitchen Appliances (sku-18288712742; UPC 769284937074). Its 2-quart freezer bowl fits select KitchenAid stand mixers, including 4.5QT and 5QT models. The lug design also accommodates 6-8QT models, but the attachment does not fit the 3.5QT mini mixer.

Freeze the bowl for 16-24 hours at 0°F, then add ingredients and churn for 20-30 minutes without stopping before the ice cream forms. The insulated bowl can be used for ice cream, gelato or sorbet. Hand-wash it with mild soap and cool water, dry it fully, and store it at room temperature rather than leaving it in the freezer for a long time.

The listing includes customer service and a satisfaction guarantee.
