The Hyjoy Platinum Set baking kit is listed as Silver Restored Tools, size -, SKU sku-18723924979 and UPC 850073417232. It includes a 9 Inch round proofing basket, a 10 Inch oval basket, a jar, a proofing jar, a dough whisk, a bread lame with blades, a dough scraper, a steel scraper, a linen liner, a bread sling and other accessories.

Step-by-step instructions cover mixing, proofing and baking for beginners and experienced bakers. The smooth Indonesian rattan baskets help dough hold its shape and leave a spiral pattern; the linen liner helps prevent sticking. The jars let you monitor fermentation. The whisk mixes ingredients without overworking the dough, while the scrapers help handle and portion it.

Use the lame to score loaves and the sling to transfer them to the oven. The kit also supports applying a wash or glaze. It can be given to home bakers for birthdays, holidays, Christmas or Mother's Day. Handle the lame blades carefully and store them safely when not in use.
