Hyjoy 6x 11inch Oval Pulp Bread Proofing Baskets with Linen Liner Cloth Cover

Set includes 6pcs 11inch oval pulp bread proofing baskets, 30 pieces non-woven basket liners, and 1 PC cloth cover — a complete kit for home baking and proofing. Produced from sugarcane bagasse, these baskets are TREE FREE, PLANT-BASED, and are 100% biodegradable and compostable. They won’t splinter and do not retain odd odors.

Ideal for bread bakers, the baskets work for a variety of loaves including French bread. They support the dough during proofing while ensuring easy release when it’s time to bake. The fine ribs left by the basket give your boule an attractive, rounded appearance like a professional baker’s. The 30 non-woven liners make it simple to dust with flour, place your dough, and cover it during proofing.

Before storing your bakeware, ensure it is completely dry to prevent growth. No need to spend extra time washing — dry your items in a warm, -ventilated area (or in the residual oven after baking) and wipe away any loose flakes with a cloth.
