AquaLogix ASBBB/HRPCBELL/HRPCFIN sku-18402205193 Pool Kit

The AquaLogix high-resistance pool exercise bundle, model ASBBB/HRPCBELL/HRPCFIN, combines the High Resistance Total Body System with blue bells and fins and an Aquastrength Blue Barbell 3FT. It includes 1 set of bells and 1 set of fins. The bells suit moderate to slower movements; powerful athletes can use them through their range of motion.

Smaller users may find them difficult to move quickly through the water except during core power movements and may prefer Smoke All-Purpose Bells. The fins suit moderate to slower lower-limb movements and can also be worn on the arms, with or without the bells. The barbell provides medium resistance for upper-body, core and rotary-stability aquatic workouts.

Rotational movements or single-arm work increase its resistance. The equipment can be used for individual or group pool training and hydrotherapy, from beginners to elite athletes. Made in the USA. Listed under Prevent Injury, sku-18402205193, UPC 680168885581.
