Listed under Performance Fuel, Carburetors and Intakes, it has bolt-on installation without modification and does not require tuning afterward. It is not CARB exempt. HPS tuned the kit to increase horsepower and torque and improve throttle response.
Its lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum alloy piping replaces the stock air box to improve airflow. An included air straightener helps reduce the chance of a check-engine light.
