HPE AP-605R Tri Band Wi-Fi 6E Indoor Wireless Access Point — IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 3.60 Gbit/s

Indoor HPE AP-605R tri-band Wi‑Fi 6E access point that unlocks the 6 GHz band to deliver up to triple the capacity of previous generations. When operating on 5 GHz + 6 GHz it achieves a combined peak data rate of up to 3.60 Gbit/s. A built-in cellular module offers backup connectivity for improved resiliency. The unit is engineered for low power consumption and can run virtually unrestricted from an 802.3af (class 3) POE source. The 6 GHz band supports up to seven 160 MHz channels to enable low-latency, bandwidth-hungry workloads such as high-definition video and augmented reality/virtual reality applications. Multiple uplink/downlink interfaces help avoid bottlenecks: a 2.5 Gbps uplink/downlink Ethernet port, a dedicated 1 Gbps uplink port, and three dedicated downlink ports. Managed via cloud-native HPE Aruba Networking Central, the AP supports zero touch provisioning and a single pane of glass for Day 0 to Day N management across campus, branch, and remote work environments.
