What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

Take down the canopy when a storm is approaching to avoid damage. While our canopies offer excellent wind and waterproof performance, please avoid using them for extended periods in extreme weather conditions, as this can reduce their lifespan. This is true not only for HOTEEL canopies but for all canopies.
