Premium French cleat hanger made from aircraft-grade aluminum, allowing use on non-plumb walls. Also referred to as a french cleat, clip, hanger or wall cleat, this system is built for secure, long-lasting mounting. Designed for 30" size items; recommended safe load is no more than 180 lbs for one pair. Sold as a 2 pack in white. Installation notes: holes are punched 1" apart. We provide the necessary screws and fasteners, though not for every hole — you may add extra screws to increase holding strength. There are more screw holes than required, so you do not need to fasten every hole; distribute screws evenly across the cleat. Use two long screws per cleat as appropriate. For greater stability, install two pairs (one pair at the top and one pair at the bottom). Built-in insert feature — remove the insert before locking another cleat. In most cases the only tools required are a drill and a screwdriver.
