Hotbar Brown Restored Tools Fajita Set | sku-18746715522

The Hotbar set contains 2 oval cast iron fajita plates, each with a wooden serving tray and a cast iron handle. It is listed as Brown Restored Tools, size 9.5" x 5.5", pattern 9.5 in X 5.5 in Deep Wood 2, under sku-18746715522 and UPC 850072150468. Each plate measures 9.5 by 5.5 inches (24 cm x 14 cm).

The plates can be used on a stove or in an oven for frying, grilling, roasting or baking foods such as steak, chicken and fish. The wooden trays help protect tables from heat during serving. Before first use, warm a plate over low heat, rub oil over its interior, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse with hot water. Repeat the oiling and rinsing process 3 to 4 times to build a non-stick layer.
