Home Brew Ohio Flaked Rice White 50 lbs sku-5781913324

Home Brew Ohio flaked rice is a White, 50 lbs homebrewing adjunct listed under Dining & Entertaining (SKU sku-5781913324; UPC 810158571457). The source title calls it 50lb. Made from cooked, flattened and dried rice, it adds fermentable sugars with little flavor, lightens beer's body and can lend subtle sweetness. It can raise alcohol content and produce a drier mouthfeel and a crisp finish.

Brewers add it to the mash with other grains, including in light lagers and American-style pale ales. It increases wort fermentability without adding haze or cloudiness.
