Snapshots of the Past Wall Art Print L sku-13298062000

This Snapshots of the Past Wall Art is a Black, size L reproduction of a historic R.S. Kellogg print dated 1/7/21 and measuring 16" x 20". The company reproduces historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives using archival paper and pigmented inks. Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints.

Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for a White House redecoration project in 2008. Lithography, which enabled inexpensive mass production of prints, was invented in 1796.

The Library of Congress launched its American Memory pilot project in 1989; that project laid the groundwork for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections focused on American cultural history.

The company's reproductions include posters for occasions such as Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, and early aerial views of cities including Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. The prints can be displayed at home or work or given as gifts. UPC: 462321836544. SKU: sku-13298062000.
