Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, sku-13310667011, UPC 464814942718, is a Black, size L historic print of the Presidio of San Francisco Post Engineer's Headquarters Office at Crissy Field, measuring 16" x 20". The company reproduces historical maps, photographs and prints restored from Library of Congress archives using archival paper and pigmented inks.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints; its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, plus tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008.

The listing also notes that lithography was invented in 1796, that the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot in 1989, and that the National Digital Library Program began in 1995 to digitize selected collections on American cultural history. It suggests vintage posters, including holiday posters and early aerial city views, for homes, workplaces or gifts.
