The company makes reproductions of historical maps, photos and prints restored from Library of Congress archives, using archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations. Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints.

Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers and tens of thousands of Internet customers; it was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008. The source also describes the development of inexpensive mass-produced prints through lithography, invented in 1796, and the Library of Congress American Memory pilot project of 1989, which laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program begun in 1995 to digitize selected collections about American cultural heritage.

The range includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, for display at home or work or as gifts. SKU sku-13263073442; UPC 465406045664.
