Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008.

The source also discusses lithography, invented in 1796, and the Library of Congress's American Memory pilot project of 1989, which laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program begun in 1995. That program digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural history. The reproductions use fine-art archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations.

The range includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, offered as home or workplace decor and gifts.
