The Black, size L print measures 16" x 20". SKU: sku-13337370762. UPC: 467714529379. The company reproduces historical maps, photos and prints restored from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of internet customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008.

Lithography, invented in 1796, helped make inexpensive mass-produced poster prints possible. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; that project laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage.

These reproductions use archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations. The range also includes holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco for display or gifts.
