Snapshots of the Past Wall Art (sku-13263824769, UPC 464276199385) is a Black, size L reproduction print of the Larrouil-Arresijac House at 252 South Claiborne Street in Mobile, Alabama. The listing identifies it as print 2, sized 16" x 20".

The company reproduces historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives using fine-art and archival papers; archival paper and pigmented inks are intended to last for generations. Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints.

Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008. Lithography, invented in 1796, enabled inexpensive mass production of poster prints.

The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot in 1989; the National Digital Library Program followed in 1995 to digitize selected collections emphasizing American cultural history. The range also includes old holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco for display at home or work or as gifts.
