It was selected as a vendor for a White House redecoration project in 2008. Lithography was invented in 1796. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot in 1989; the National Digital Library Program began in 1995 to digitize selected collections on American cultural heritage.

The company's range includes historical maps, photographs, holiday posters and early aerial views of cities, offered as home, study or workplace decor and gifts.
