Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, SKU sku-13300765848 and UPC 469552490194, is a Black, size L reproduction print showing a guard tower and lights at Fresno Assembly Center, California. The print measures 16" x 20". The company, founded in 2001, restores historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives.

It says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproductions, and that its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project of 2008. The prints use archival paper and pigmented inks.

The listing also describes reproductions of old holiday posters and early aerial views of cities. Lithography, a printing method that enabled inexpensive mass production of prints, was invented in 1796. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; it laid the groundwork for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 to digitize selected collections concerning American cultural history.
