Snapshots of the Past sku-13292507659 is a Black Wall Art print in size L, UPC 461910881415. The 16" x 20" image shows a fighter control center at a TAC headquarters in Europe setting up missions, often at the request of ground forces seeking to destroy a target behind enemy lines.

The company reproduces historical maps, photographs and prints from Library of Congress archives on archival paper with pigmented inks. Founded in 2001, it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers.

It was selected as a vendor for the 2008 White House redecoration project. Lithography was invented in 1796 and made inexpensive mass-produced prints possible. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; it laid the groundwork for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 to digitize selected collections concerning American cultural history.

The company's wider range also includes old holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
