The company makes reproductions of historical maps, photos and prints restored from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008.

Lithography, invented in 1796, helped make inexpensive mass-produced prints possible. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; it laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural heritage.

The reproduction uses fine-art archival paper and pigmented inks, intended to last for generations. The company's other subjects include holiday posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco. SKU: sku-13648512936. UPC: 466882158220.
