Snapshots of the Past Wall Art Print L sku-13261460156

This Snapshots of the Past Wall Art print shows Clara Barton standing with 7 others on the porch of her house at Glen Echo, Maryland. The Black, size L reproduction measures 16" x 20" and is based on an image from the Library of Congress archives.

The company, founded in 2001, says it was the first to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints; its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the 2008 White House redecoration project. Lithography was invented in 1796.

The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989, laying the groundwork for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections about American cultural heritage. The reproduction uses archival paper and pigmented inks intended to last for generations.

The company's range includes historical maps, photographs, holiday posters and early aerial city views for display or gifts. SKU: sku-13261460156. UPC: 462949203872.
