Lithography, invented in 1796, enabled inexpensive mass-produced prints.

The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot in 1989, laying the groundwork for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections on American cultural history. The company's retro prints include holiday posters and early aerial views of cities for display or gifts. SKU sku-13286304646; UPC 469808818246.
