This Snapshots of the Past Wall Art print reproduces a United States government war savings stamps design reproduced by the Strobridge Litho. Co. in Cincinnati and New York. It measures 16" x 20" and is listed in Black, size L. The brand makes reproductions of historical maps, photographs and prints restored from Library of Congress archives, using archival paper and pigmented inks.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers have included over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. The company was selected as a vendor for a White House redecoration project in 2008.

The source also notes that lithography was invented in 1796, that the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989, and that the National Digital Library Program began in 1995 to digitize selected collections concerning American cultural heritage.

The brand's range includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, offered as decor or gifts. UPC: 469782276445. SKU: sku-13228269883.
