Snapshots of the Past Wall Art, sku-13245408494, is a historic print of Provost Marshal clerks' headquarters for the Army of the Potomac at Brandy Station, Virginia. The print measures 16" x 20"; its listed size is L and its listed color is Black. UPC: 465519005357. The company produces restored reproductions of historical maps, photos and prints from Library of Congress archives.

Founded in 2001, it says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, as well as tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the White House redecoration project in 2008.

The listing describes lithography, invented in 1796, as a printing method that enabled inexpensive mass production. It also notes that the Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989, laying the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections on American cultural heritage.

The reproductions use fine-art and archival paper; the listing says prints made with archival paper and pigmented inks can last a lifetime and be passed down. It suggests retro posters, including holiday designs and early aerial city views, as decor or gifts.
