Snapshots of the Past Wall Art in Black, size L, sku-5290159887, UPC 462466901947, is a framed historical print of Miguelito making a phonograph record. It measures 17-7/8" x 21-7/8". The company reproduces maps, photographs and prints from the Library of Congress archives on fine-art and archival paper, using pigmented inks.

Founded in 2001, Snapshots of the Past says it was the first company to offer Library of Congress images as museum-quality fine-art reproduction prints. Its buyers include over 200 bookstores and other retailers, along with tens of thousands of online customers. It was selected as a vendor for the 2008 White House redecoration project.

Lithography was invented in 1796, allowing inexpensive mass production of prints. The Library of Congress began its American Memory pilot project in 1989; that project laid the foundation for the National Digital Library Program, which began in 1995 and digitizes selected collections concerning American cultural history. The company's archival-paper prints are intended to last for generations.

Its range includes old Halloween, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day posters and early aerial views of Manhattan, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco for display at home, in a study or at work, or as gifts.
