Constructed from anodized aluminum alloy and precision CNC machined, this Highcool thin rip jig delivers rigidity, stability and long-lasting durability. It firmly secures workpieces to protect both the project and your fingers while you cut. Built to streamline repetitive thin-strip ripping, the jig’s design makes small-width cuts faster and more consistent.

Two extended 2-inch guide rollers provide stable inward and outward adjustment with no side-to-side slop, helping the jig resist saw forces and reducing tear-out on delicate materials for cleaner results and less waste. The thin-cut rail is adjustable from 2.5 to 9.4-inch and features engraved metric markings for accurate set-ups.

Two guide bearings mounted on top feed the wood panel smoothly forward, minimizing friction and improving feed consistency. Compatibility is broad: the reversible miter bar fits both 3/8" and 3/4" miter-slots, and two extra bolts are included for use with 1/4"×3/8" slots, allowing installation on most standard table saws, routers and band saws.
