Highcool Restored Tools - Rattan Set sku-18723709032

This Highcool set contains 2 round, hand-woven AA-grade Indonesian rattan proofing baskets. The title lists them as 8.5 Inch; the details give each basket's dimensions as 9in 9in 3in and say each holds up to 2 pounds of bread dough. The breathable, food-safe rattan is suitable for direct dough contact and allows controlled airflow and moisture during fermentation.

Its smooth, splinter-free, non-stick finish helps with handling and shaping. Washable linen liners are included so the baskets can be used to make bread shapes simultaneously. Shake off excess flour after use; if dough sticks, let it dry before removing it with a stiff brush. Listed under Restored Tools, color Multicolor, size -, as sku-18723709032; UPC 850072841861.
