Its 8-layer construction combines 6 layers of cut-resistant material with 2 layers of cushioning. The exterior is 1000D polyester; the cut-resistant component uses 210D polyester and 6-layer polypropylene. The chaps are UL certified, comply with ASTM F3325-19 and ASTM F1897-14, and meet OSHA 1910-266 and ANSI Z133.1 requirements.
Full lengths are 35" for small, 38" for medium and 42" for large; the waist adjusts from 26" to 51". Folding down the waistband and aligning the buttons shortens the length by 2 inches.
