Each unit combines a responsive midbass driver with a 1 inch soft-dome tweeter and includes all tweeter mounting hardware, midwoofer grills and a 12 dB in-line crossover for a complete component setup. Driver construction and cooling: Lightweight, rigid alpha cellulose cones deliver quick transient response and deep bass, while moisture-resistant rubber surrounds resist deterioration. High-temperature adhesive bonds the cone to the surround. A pure copper voice coil on a Kapton lightweight former produces a strong magnetic field and efficiently dissipates heat; braided tinsel leads maintain conductivity without restricting cone movement. The Overcoil cooling system circulates air over the voice coil for improved thermal management. Tweeter and hardware: Neo Mylar soft dome tweeter elements are impact resistant and reproduce crisp highs. Protective grills shield the midwoofers from accidental damage. The anti-resonant stamped steel basket minimizes harmonic distortion and the ferrite magnet provides a reliable magnetic structure. For installation you can use spade connectors or solder directly.
