Hifonics BXS8D4 Black 8-inch sku-137391410 831596006608

Hifonics BRUTOS BXS8D4 is a Black 8-inch shallow-mount Brutus subwoofer with 400W peak power. This Restored Automotive listing is sku-137391410, UPC 831596006608; the source description separately lists UPC 806576228417 and gives the United States as the country of origin.

Its mounting depth is less than 3 inches, making it suited to sealed enclosures and spaces where traditional subwoofers will not fit. Front and rear vents move air through the voice-coil gap to help cool it, support deeper bass reproduction and extend component life. A heavy-gauge, powder-coated stamped steel basket supports the motor and moving parts.

The 2 inch high-temperature voice coil and former are designed to maintain performance in small enclosures where heat can reduce output. A UV-resistant rubber surround stays flexible and resists sun fading; nickel-plated push and insert connections resist corrosion and simplify hookup. It can be paired with speakers and an amplifier.
