The drawers are sanded and removable for closer access; the top foam-lined drawer holds long- and short-handle brushes, while the bottom drawers have removable dividers and hold paint tubes up to 225mL.
The chests are also available in 4-drawer configurations, with drawers lined in foam or fitted with removable slots. Each 3-drawer chest measures 15.75x12x6.25 inches outside. The top drawer measures 14.25x10.5x0.94 inches inside, and the bottom two measure 14.25x10.5x1.63 inches inside. The chests can store paints and brushes or other materials, keep brushes flat and stack to save studio space.
