HDMI eARC/ARC Audio Extractor — HDMI (eARC/ARC) to RCA L/R, Optical & 3.5mm Converter

Extract audio from your TV’s HDMI eARC/ARC output and feed it to multiple audio outputs: HDMI (audio-only), fiber optical, stereo RCA (L/R) and a 3.5mm headphone jack. This unit accepts eARC and ARC inputs — please connect it to the HDMI port of the TV marked with "eARC"/ARC. Volume control: RCA and 3.5mm headphone outputs can be controlled by the TV remote via CEC. The optical and HDMI outputs do not support TV remote volume control. Indicator and output behavior: When the 2.0 indicator is illuminated, the TV is outputting PCM stereo; in that state HDMI, fiber optical, RCA and 3.5mm all provide stereo audio. When the 5.1 indicator is illuminated, the TV is outputting 5.1-channel audio (for example DTS, AC3); in that case the HDMI and fiber optical outputs carry 5.1 audio while the RCA and 3.5mm outputs produce no audio. If you intend to use the RCA or 3.5mm outputs, set the TV audio output to PCM. Note: when the 5.1 indicator light is on, there will be no audio from the RCA or 3.5mm outputs.
