Model 284 captures video and gameplay up to 1080 p and stores recordings directly to a USB Flash Disk, portable Hard Disk, or SD Card—no PC or setup required. To begin recording, press the Record button; the indicator will turn pink to show recording is in progress. Simply insert a USB Flash drive or SD Card (284 support FAT, FAT32, and NTFS) to save and carry your footage anywhere. A remote control is included to manually select the input signal and recording quality, and the SNAPSHOT button lets you grab still images. 284 offers 3 input modes: HD, component, composite, enabling capture of 1080P video from games, DVD players, or other video sources.
