Microphone & audio performance: Fitted with a high-quality noise cancelling microphone and a flexible 270 degree rotational microphone boom, the HD-550 reduces up to 90% of background noise while the user speaks. Speakers provide HD Audio sound and built-in acoustic shock protection.

Quick Disconnect feature: Equipped with a Quick Disconnect (QD) connection so you can unplug the headset from the adapter cable and step away from your desk without dropping the call; simply reconnect to resume. The QD design also lets you swap the bottom cable to use the same headset with other desk phones, Computer, Softphone or Cell Phone.

Comfort & construction: Soft leatherette ear cushions come fitted, with foam cushions available if preferred.
