A 5-channel mixer accepts microphones, instruments and other audio sources; you can connect up to two microphones, an instrument, a media player and a Bluetooth device. Each channel has level and EQ controls. Selectable voicings let the speaker work as a main speaker or monitor, with a flat response in monitor mode. When linked to a subwoofer, it automatically sets a crossover frequency.
Bluetooth can also link two V2408 speakers as a stereo pair. A USB charging port supplies power to devices. The enclosure has a steel grille, recessed side handles and a compartment for cables, microphones and accessories.
