The meter includes a HI 73127 pH electrode, HI 73128 removal tool, batteries and instructions. It has automatic temperature compensation for pH, automatic calibration, a battery percentage display at startup, a stability indicator and a HOLD function. ORP range is ±1000 mV, pH range is -2.00 to 16.00 and temperature range is -5.0 to 60.0°C (23.0 to 140.0°F).

Resolutions are 1 mV, 0.01 pH and 0.1°C or 0.1°F; accuracies are ±2 mV, ±0.05 pH and ±0.5°C or ±1°F. ORP is factory calibrated. Automatic pH calibration uses one or two points and memorized buffer sets of 4.01 / 7.01 / 10.01 or 4.01 / 6.86 / 9.18. The fixed ORP sensor accompanies the replaceable HI 73127 pH electrode.
