Hamilton Beach 25375 Black Indoor Grill | sku-5373842712

The Black Hamilton Beach 25375 indoor electric grill, sku-5373842712, UPC 040094253753, is listed under Kitchen Appliances. This portable, patent-pending grill sears food and makes grill marks, while an integrated smoke infuser adds flavor using wood shreds. Infusion takes 20-60 minutes, depending on flavor preference.

The nonstick plate has 116 square inches of cooking space and holds up to 6 servings, enough for a whole meal or entrees and sides for 2 or 3 people. Hot smoke can flavor smaller cuts of meat, seafood and poultry. Cold smoke flavors foods such as cheese, nuts and hard-boiled eggs without cooking them.

The grill plate, wire rack, drip tray and hood are dishwasher safe; wash the smoke infuser, large and small filters, and filter support by hand. Wood shreds or chips are not included.
