Its weighted bag holds 14.5 gallons of water or 175 lbs of sand, and additional weight can be placed in the box for stability. A metal support pole and 2 adapters fit most 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 ft market umbrellas, as well as 9 and 10 ft offset umbrellas. The adapters accommodate poles with 1.5'' or 1.9'' diameters; the tray fits only 1.5'' poles.

The base has 2 built-in wheels and 2 side handles for moving it around patios, pool areas, decks, lawns and other outdoor or commercial spaces.
