Grumpy Butcher lists this item under Beef Jerky and Dried Meats, sku-1099984715, UPC 850011346075. The title calls the steaks New York strips, but the description calls them ribeyes. The title specifies an 8-count pack and a 10 oz vacuum bag; the description says four steaks per pack and that each steak weighs 10 oz.

The description calls them Prime or the highest grade of Angus Choice, from the top 2% of U.S. steak meat. It says they are cut and trimmed from beef short loin, aged, and flash or blast frozen after carving. The seller describes buttery flavor, moderate marbling and a tender texture. The steaks can be grilled, pan-seared, roasted or broiled.

They are also offered with Grumpy Meat Gift package specials, and the seller says it supplies premium New York City steakhouses, including ones it owns and operates.
