Dual-Mode Detection & False-Alarm Reduction: This unit uses composite double detection (infrared + microwave radar) to lower false triggers. A selectable probe light can be switched off for covert monitoring. The detector is built with a three-layer waterproof design and employs a software de-interference algorithm to further reduce unwanted alarms. Detection & Wireless Range: Passive sensing covers 2–8 meters; radar detection reaches approximately 6–8 meters (dependent on temperature). The wireless link between transmitter and receiver can reach up to 918ft (280m) in open space, providing reliable communication over long distances. When motion is detected, the paired receiver issues the programmed alert. Each receiver supports up to 32 motion sensors and up to 8 remote controls for broad coverage. Power & Installation: The receiver can be powered by USB or by batteries. The waterproof infrared transmitters are not USB-chargeable and require three AAA batteries; each receiver requires two AA batteries to operate. Both sensor and receiver include mounting bases and the sensor allows 360° horizontal and 180° vertical adjustment for precise aiming.
