Wiselet Kitchen Appliances Grain Mill sku-18710423276

Wiselet Kitchen Appliances grain mill attachment for KitchenAid stand mixers, color Silver, size 7.9" x 7.9" x 5.1", sku-18710423276, UPC 730425857124. Made of die-cast aluminum alloy, it has 9 grind settings from coarse to fine for dry, low-moisture grains such as wheat, oats, and corn, including hard grains and fibrous ingredients.

It can make flour or spice powders, but is not intended for high-oil ingredients such as nuts or sesame seeds. Start on the coarse setting and adjust gradually toward fine to help prevent clogging. The mixer may become warm during extended use; allow 30-45-minute cooling breaks between batches and avoid consecutive grinding sessions.

Remove the attachment and brush out flour with the included tool rather than washing it with water. HOZODO offers assistance with questions about use.
