The Costway SP36948 is a Black, Unisex Strength Training squat machine, SKU sku-127261189. Its 8-in-1 design supports squats, push-ups, sit-ups, twists and flat supports. Squats work the quadriceps and glutes, while hooks let you attach a tension rope for arm exercises. Thick iron pipes provide a 220 lbs load rating, and the T-shaped base helps keep the machine stable.

It has 4 enlarged foot pads, non-slip handles and a front pedal. Knobs adjust the cylinders and cushioned mat through 9 height levels, up to 12''. The leg cushion has a PVC+PU cover. Front wheels help with moving the machine, and its height can be reduced for storage.
