No rating yet(0 ratings)The GoSports FLO BAT is a Red, Unisex rope swing trainer listed under Softball Gear & Equipment. SKU: sku-17139103194; UPC: 810151123448. Designed by coaches for baseball and softball practice, it uses foam and fray-resistant double-braided rope for all-season use. The set includes 12 foam baseballs and a tote bag.
Weak ball contact and bat drag give feedback on swing mechanics; the trainer is intended to help develop a connected swing, bat speed, lag, power and more consistent sweet-spot contact. It includes access to an instructional video led by certified coaches covering habits such as casting, hitching and looping.
The adjustable grip spans 25 - 34 inches, from tee-ball to pro-league bat sizes, and an included indicator ring can be set to match a bat's sweet spot. It can be used in practices, private instruction or at-home training at any skill level.
