Costway SP37731 Strength Training Bench sku-717846675

Costway SP37731, sku-717846675, is a Black Strength Training weight bench listed as a Goplus multifunction bench. Its backrest adjusts to 9 angles by pulling out a bolt, allowing reclined, flat and declined positions for bench presses, sit-ups, dumbbell lifts and other full-body exercises. The 1.5mm steel frame has a triangular structure and supports up to 410 lbs.

Do not use dumbbells or other workout equipment weighing more than 110 lbs. The backrest and seat have breathable, sweat-absorbing PU leather covers and 2 inches of high-density foam padding. A foam-covered foot hook helps hold the feet in place and prevent slipping; the base has anti-slip foot pads. The manual identifies the parts and illustrates assembly.

The bench requires a few parts to be put together and is intended for a home gym without taking up much space.
