Edwin Good Genesis 1-11 Hardcover Book sku-16658561

In Genesis 1-11: Tales of the Earliest World, Edwin Good offers a new translation and literary commentary on the opening chapters of the Book of Genesis. The hardcover covers creation, the Garden of Eden, Cain and Abel, the Flood, the Tower of Babel and the introduction of Abraham.

Good reads the text as an ancient Hebrew book, examining how the stories work, signs of oral performance and transmission, and where the stories connect or differ. His approach does not rely on a specific religious position. Listed under Religion & Religious Studies Books, SKU sku-16658561.
