nonbranded Hydroponics Microgreens Kit sku-17513159483

The nonbranded MICROGREENS KIT (sku-17513159483, UPC 751573241818) is a Hydroponics kit with 1 Gardyn sprout nursery, 20 seed pads with bamboo wicks, and 10 reusable grow plates. There are 5 pads each of Arugula, Mild Blend, Spicy Blend, and Red Mustard. Add potable water to the clean nursery, then insert a grow plate with a wick and seed pad. The microgreens can be harvested in 7-10 days.

They are young edible seedlings that add flavor and color to meals and contain potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, antioxidants, and vitamins. The source describes their nutrient levels as up to 40% greater than those of mature crops. Place the nursery in direct sunlight by a warm window or on a Gardyn growing system lid.

LED lights are optional, though the consistent full-spectrum lighting on the Gardyn lid can speed growth.
