The product consists of a base, closed loop, electromagnet, pole shoe, armature, commutator, rotating shaft, brush, rocker, handle, etc. The closed iron ring and pole shoe are made of iron plate with a thickness of about 3mm, the width of the iron ring is about 75mm, the outer diameter is about 180mm, and the surface of the iron ring and pole shoe are painted with red and blue paint. The commutator is a combined power supply and commutation device composed of two combined copper rings, with a size of 22×30mm; the rotating shaft is made of 8mm round steel and has a length of about 150mm; the brush is made of 0.3mm tin bronze sheet, with a length of 80mm and a width of 7mm. The electromagnet is wound on the iron core with high-strength enameled wire. The two electromagnet coils are connected in series. The armature is a rectangular multi-turn coil with a coil size of approximately 140×70mm. The two ends of the coil are wrapped with red and blue tapes respectively. Demonstration of DC motor: stator and rotor series excitation, add 4V to 16V voltage, stepless speed regulation; stator and rotor common excitation, add 10V to 6V voltage, stepless speed regulation.
